I consider myself a newer “old school” ultra trail runner. I came into the scene in 2005 at twenty years of age, but I’ve really been doing this sh*t my whole life.Growing up in the scouting program I regularly pushed outside of my comfort zone in the wilds of nature, learning survival skills and pushing myself physically and mentally to achieve my goals.

I’m a fourth generation Arizonan, descendent from Syrian refugees who know what it’s like to work hard and pave your own way.I know I’ve got some of that in my blood.A year out of college I quit my accounting job to hike across my home state (800 miles in 31 days mostly solo) and never went back.

I took over the Javelina Jundred ultra marathon later that fall and have grown that one event into an event production company with close to 30 events per year.Never settling, I’m expanding my creative talents to produce running films and creative content for the space.

As an athlete I’m drawn to anything that pushes my limits. I often look for the most difficult events I can find and my dream race is the Barkley Marathons. Thanks for following my journey and if you ever have any questions for me feel free to reach out via social media.
